SHIPPING ADDRESS - Please update your address prior to placing an
order. This helps insure your order will be shipped to your current
address.
SECURITY INFORMATION
In order to insure safety, all the data exchanged with the Heart Monger
fanclub are protected and cryptographed. Heart fanclub uses VeriSign as
our certifying authority, and the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption
protocol, the most widely accepted Internet encryption
standard.
When you make an online purchase from the Heart Store, your personal information is kept secure.
DELIVERY TIME - Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery, although
orders will likely arrive sooner. For orders outside of the USA,
delivery time may vary depending on your delivery area. Orders are
processed in the order received. Express delivery is not currently
available, but we hope to offer express delivery in the future. We will
do our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING INFORMATION
Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery, though your order could arrive
sooner, or at least that's our goal! Appropriate shipping costs MUST be
included or the order will not be processed.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
The Heart Store ships orders within the USA First Class/Priority Mail
via the United States Post Office. Shipping rates are listed below.

International Shipments The Heart Store ships orders via USPS (United
States Postal Service DHL World Mail to countries outside of the United
States. Please note that The Heart store is NOT responsible for
duties or taxes incurred on packages shipped internationally. Shipping
rates are listed below. For International orders, double these rates.

. For Gift Cards, there is no shipping fee for mail order only.
ATTENTION CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
California Residents must add 8.25% Sales Tax to their order.
(If Sales tax is not included, your order will NOT be processed.)
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT - Please always include payment with your order
CREDIT CARDS - The Heart Store accepts the following Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
MONEY ORDERS
Please make money orders payable to Heart Amalgamated, Inc. Your order
will still be shipped within the regular delivery time of up to 6
weeks. We accept money orders in US dollars from a US bank ONLY.
To our friends outside of the USA: We accept money orders in US dollars
only if your local bank is affiliated with a U.S. Bank. We suggest that
you contact your local bank for further information about international
or money orders used for U.S. Dollar transactions. Otherwise, you may
want to consider credit card payment. We cannot accept checks in any
foreign currencies - sorry no exceptions.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - Merchandise may be exchanged for other sizes or
items as long as they have not been worn, washed or damaged. The Heart
Carter Store is not responsible for postage charges incurred by members
exchanging merchandise. Returns will be issued a credit for the amount
of the original purchase price of the item that is returned if it is
not exchanged for other merchandise. Please check the Heart Carter
Store for all available sizes and items.
To exchange/return items you MUST return the merchandise within 30 days of receiving it.
Body Jewelry can not be returned/exchanged once opened. Due to Health
Law in the State of California, undergarments can not be returned.
No refunds, credits and exchanges only.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON TICKET SALES - ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL.
The Heart Store is not responsible for postage charges incurred by members exchanging or returning merchandise.
ORDER CANCELATION - Once an order has been placed, it is not possible
to cancel orders. All orders are immediately processed for shipping
once we receive them. The Heart Store reserves the right to
cancel any order for any reason at our discretion.
SALE AND BLOWOUT ITEMS-All sales are final on Blowout items, or items
on sale. Blowout items are sold as-is and are Non-Returnable. If a
blowout item you ordered is sold out, a credit will be issued for that
item and sent to you.
OTHER POLICY INFORMATION
At any time, the Heart Store may feature items at a reduced
price. If you order that item previously or after the time the item is
featured on sale, you will not be given that sale price. The sale or
reduced price is only honored when the item is ordered with in the time
it is featured on sale or the price reduced.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of purchased merchandise items at any time.
If an item is not available in the Heart Store, it is not currently available for purchase.
