Replies or responses to U.S. mail, electronic mail or voice mails:
Due to the overwhelming amount of correspondence which we receive daily and the increasing interest in our Love Rules 2007 tour and Ann's upcoming solo album, we cannot possibly reply or respond to each and every one of you. Thank you so much for your interest in our music and the tremendous response to our tour. We very much appreciate our loyal and loving fans and look forward to seeing you at a future show.
Back Stage Passes:
With the constrains of time and the complex construction of our stage and show, we do not offer Back Stage Passes to our fans. Immediately upon the completion of the show, our crew begin a rapid and tedious dismantling of the stage. This extensive process often takes up to two hours. There are forklifts, overhead operations and the hustle and bustle of very busy stage hands moving large boxes and containers from the stage to our trucks for travel to a new city and set up for the next show. This well choreographed operation would place onlookers in danger of injury should they inadvertently get in the way.
Photography, Video Taping or Audio Recording:
Photography of any type (including with the use of cellular telephones)and video taping from audience seating is not permitted. Audio recording or re-transmission of the show in any manner is strictly prohibited. Persons violating these rules will be escorted from the venue. We issue photography-only passes to representatives of
professional media organizations only. Persons requesting photography-only passes must submit written requests in advance, on organizational letterhead, specifying the purpose for the photos. All requests will be screened. These passes allow for non-flash photography only during the first three songs of the set. We appreciate your understanding and thank you in advance for your cooperation in our efforts.
Management Company, Web Site and Tour Manager:
Our fans often ask us what we do. Here is a brief explanation of our areas of responsibility. The management company creates opportunities for the band. This often includes public and media relations, advertising, merchandising, show bookings and arranging for public events. We also maintain the Heart Monger Fan Club web site and web log. Our Tour Manager and staff are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the show to include assembling and disassembly of the stage and show; supervising the crew; travel arrangements; transportation, tour busses and trucks; food and lodging; as well as supporting all of the needs of the band while on the road.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in losing your fan club membership privileges (without a refund) and could possibly result in having you removed from the venue.
